Delivery: This delivery option requires goods to be signed for. Sadly, Royal Mail can’t predict when they are likely to deliver your parcel, so it may be best to ask for it to be delivered to you at work/at the park/to your Mum instead... (Anyone at the delivery address can sign for it on your behalf).
If you miss the delivery, the lovely postman will leave you a card telling you where your delivery is being held. Take some I.D. along and the parcel is yours!

You are responsible for your item until it has reached us at Josie towers, so we can not stress enough that you should post returns by Recorded/Signed For mail. This way, you have proof that it has reached us safely. Any item lost in post will still be charged.
Josie and her team make every effort to ensure that every whereareyounow product is in perfect condition and is described accurately on the site. However, we hope you understand that due to the one-off, handmade nature of some of our products, there may sometimes be tiny variations in sizing or fabrics.
Refunds: If any item sent to you should be faulty in any way – or sent to you by mistake – we will of course refund your postage costs.
Your refund will be credited back onto the card you paid with within 7 working days from when we receive the returned goods. You will receive notification of the refund – however, please allow 2 – 3 days for refunds to clear.
